Serenade

Camp Farnsworth staff performed skits on Monday night to introduce themselves to the 140 campers who arrived on Sunday. They ended the program by singing the staff song I’ll Be There For You.”

Dear camp families,

Families have reported finding ticks on their children at the end of the camp day.  With campers active outside all day at camp, ticks are a very real possibility and danger. We recommend an insect repellent containing between 20-30% DEET.  Repellent should be non-aerosol and campers should be shown how to use it. According to the Vermont Department of Health, ticks are found near grassy or wooded areas.  This means pretty much all of our camp property!

It is also recommended that you check your children for ticks on a regular basis.  For more information please visit:

Here’s to a safe and healthy summer,
